Jeanette ValentineLettings Administrator

Jeanette joined NC Property Management in 2026, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the property industry. Having spent much of her career with a well-established estate agency, she has developed extensive knowledge of lettings administration and customer service.

As our Lettings Administrator, Jeanette plays a key role in supporting landlords, tenants and the wider management team, ensuring tenancies run smoothly from start to finish. Known for her charm, positive attitude and approachable nature, she is always on hand to provide assistance and keep things running efficiently.

Jeanette's wealth of experience, combined with her friendly and professional approach, makes her a valued member of the NC Property Management team and a reassuring point of contact for our clients.

John, Judd & ChrisMaintenance Team

Maintenance services are provided by our sister company and are led by Maintenance Manager John, supported by Judd and Chris. Together they bring a wealth of experience across all aspects of property maintenance, helping to keep properties safe, compliant and well maintained.

With practical knowledge gained from many years in the industry, the team is capable of handling a wide range of maintenance requirements, from routine repairs and preventative works through to larger property improvement projects. They also work closely with our property management team to schedule maintenance efficiently, keeping landlords and tenants informed and helping works progress with minimal disruption.

The team is also available to assist with emergency repair situations, providing a rapid response when urgent maintenance issues arise. All maintenance work is carried out to high quality standards, with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions and lasting results.

Ryan heads up our Finance Department and is responsible for ensuring landlords receive their rental income accurately and on time. He oversees all aspects of client accounting, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure financial matters are managed efficiently and transparently.

With extensive experience in client accounting, financial analysis and HMRC compliance, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise to the team. His attention to detail and strong financial knowledge help ensure our clients receive a professional and reliable service at all times.

As Office Manager, Carole is at the heart of the day-to-day running of NC Property Management, ensuring the office operates efficiently and providing support across all areas of the business. From coordinating enquiries to assisting clients and colleagues, she plays a vital role in keeping everything organised and on track.

Known for her friendly, approachable manner and strong organisational skills, Carole is often one of the first people our landlords and tenants speak to. She takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who deals with the company.

With over 15 years’ experience in property administration and a proactive approach, Carole enjoys solving problems, supporting the wider team and helping ensure that every aspect of the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

With over 15 years' experience managing residential and commercial property, Dave recognised a gap in the market for a dedicated property management company focused solely on supporting private landlords.
