Properties advertised by us are subject to availability.
The publication of a property on our website, social media, property portals or other advertising platforms does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or update property advertisements at any time.
We may use photographs, videos, floor plans, descriptions and other marketing material supplied by a landlord or property owner or produced by us for the purpose of marketing and managing a property.

Tenants and occupiers must report repairs and maintenance issues as soon as reasonably practicable.
Failure to report an issue promptly may result in additional damage or costs.

12. Anti-Money Laundering and Identity Checks
